Tynedale Care aims to provide a high quality, safe and efficient service to any person wanting to lead as independent and fulfilling a life as possible whilst remaining in their own home. Visiting at agreed times during the day, our dedicated staff enable the people who use our service to carry on with their lives as they wish, with the respect and dignity every one of us expects. Our services are typically provided to elderly people and younger adults with mental and physical disabilities, there is no discrimination on grounds of personal circumstances or ethnic origin.
Working with people for a few days, weeks or many years, with families and friends closely involved we seek to develop a relationship of professional trust and respect. Each member of staff has personal responsibility to provide the best service possible. To help staff achieve these goals we strongly believe in staff training and development and have a robust and continuous programme that will be implemented at the beginning of employment.
Tynedale Care works closely with our local authority, Northumberland County Council, as well as other Healthcare professionals, in the provision of Care Services.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are regularly inspected to ensure that we meet the standards expected..
