How do I start?
You can contact us through your GP who may refer you to social services; or you can refer yourself to social services who will advise you on your options; you can also come to us directly as a private customer.
Tynedale Care also have a number of support services to help you maintain your quality of life.
We can assist you to attend your regular activities outside your home or simply provide company, a chat or respite care for the family.
We can help with all your household domestic jobs general cleaning, bed changing and laundry.
We can help with your weekly shopping, make a list and we can order, collect and have it delivered and put away by one of our care workers.
We all need to make trips out from time to time, perhaps to the doctor or the dentist, a hospital appointment or a visit to the opticians. It might even be to visit an old friend or someone in your family - Tynedale Care can provide someone to accompany you and the transport to take you.
